Driveway light installation - with automatic light sensors

We have installed new feed from the main consumer unit to an external distribution board to provide power for electric gates, external socket & garden lighting. There is also a separate supply for an electric car charging station. The garden lights are all run on a day/night sensor and will automatically come on as the sun starts setting.

We have also added 3 more spotlights to the new porch.

The most important thing is we have a really delighted customer who is over the moon.

Domestic - Electrical Safety Test

We were asked to carry out an electrical safety test on this property. On arrival, we found that there was no RCD protection for any circuit and multiple circuits fed from one circuit breaker. The shower was also too powerful for the current circuit breaker that was in place.

We have done a complete upgrade of both of the consumer units and rectified the issues of no RCD protection, multiple circuits, and incorrect circuit breaker size. These are now up to current standards. A happy landlord means a happy electrician.

Domestic - 61 Spotlights

We were recently asked to carry out works at a home renovation. The customer requested spotlights to be installed, so we got to work and brought light to the newly plastered rooms. Making holes and passing cables we were able to fit all 61 spotlights and the customer was over the moon at how elegant they looked. We fitted a dimmer switch to allow the customer flexibility with how bright they wanted those rooms.

Commercial - Office Conversion

A second-floor office conversion in Newport Pagnell. This consists of 40 network outlet points and patch panels, new ring mains to incorporate new and existing sockets, and a new consumer unit with RCBO’s and 6 new electric heaters. We have also installed a communal fire alarm system for each of the 5 floors (cellar, ground floor, 1st floor, second floor, attic).
